An initiative to inspire and support inner city food production

Motivated by the question “What could you grow that is edible if you only have a window ledge and it faces north?” Urban Edibles hopes to provide solutions for ALL urban living scenarios. The project further aims to educate on soil and seed health as crucial aspects of sustainable urban farming.

This project is developing at a healthy pace following it’s launch at the Hub Milano during the Salone Del Mobile design week. Latest developments include conversion of the Hub Rotterdam balcony into a living salad bar!
