Introducing InterPlay: A Creative Practice For Our Times
This workshop will introduce you to the basics of InterPlay with gentle, guided activities, sharing and lots of relaxation and laughter. In InterPlay we create in the moment through life experiences. You may be surprised by what comes through you in a 30-second story, a three-breath song or a one hand dance. InterPlay is devoted to fun, ease and affirmation. And it reconnects us with the wisdom of our bodies. We gain insights from the simplest of activities – learning through playing. Come join the play!
MAY 27 SUNDAY, 10 am to 5 pm
Introducing InterPlay: Ease Into Connection and Community
This introductory workshop will offer a variety of InterPlay ideas and practices with an emphasis on how they build and foster community. InterPlay is a proven means of creating communities of diversity and acceptance. It is taught and used world-wide as a creative process for personal and community transformation. It can be applied in relationships, in group projects and in many areas of life: listening in new ways, speaking with greater ease, learning to find the fun, play and possibilities for connection in everyday situations.
