responding and adapting in the times of corona

Come together with other curious souls to explore how corona is changing us (or not). Which patterns are emerging in our lives, which are we recreating from pre-corona times and which are we forging anew?
What can we let go of and what is serving us well. What feels useful to take forward to the other side of lockdown?

In this 3-hour session we’ll engage our body-wisdom using the practices of InterPlay to gather and express our experiences, learn a little about emergence in complex systems and harvest any insights we come up with. With a maximum of 7 other participants it is hoped that the group will feel intimate and will ask less energy of us in an online environment.

This workshop will mostly be focusing on changes on a personal level. If there is interest, there may be a follow up session looking more on a societal level.

There will be a one hour break for people to have time away form the screen, you can use this time to eat something or you will also get some off screen assignments you can follow if you want to take a shorter break and keep going (these will be voluntary).
